Kaydree went with her cousins this week to Vacation Bible School at a local Lutheran church - it's basically a week of arts and crafts, singing songs, and learning bible stories (maybe it's a southern thing, I don't know, but all the local churches do it). If nothing else I thought it would be a chance for her to do something fun with her cousins and get out of the house a little bit. But she actually really liked it, she LOVES crafts. And on the last day they had some fun inflatable water slides for the kids too.
My conclusion...
Vacation Bible School-Free, T-shirt-$7.00, Loading up 4 kids in carseats twice a day for 5 days-approximately 2 1/2 hours of my time (which I haven't yet decided a price for), Giving a little summer fun to one of the cutest girls I know - priceless.

I went to Vacation Bible School when I was little (my grandparents are Lutheran) and that was in CA. I think a lot of old time christen schools do it. I still recall many of the Bible related songs I learned there.
My sister always went to vacation bible school, fun fun. Love the ballet outfit, she looks so much like you (minus the tutu part)!
I had never heard of that but Thats actually pretty cool--defintly gives you something to do!! I love Kaydree's dance pictures! She makes one cute dancer!
