Bratislava, Slovakia

We had a tough time choosing which route to take home when we were planning.  Our trip to Bavaria, Austria, and Prague a couple of years ago was great - but the weather was bad in Prague and our time their felt a bit rushed.  Should we go back to Prague or see something new?  The new and unknown won out over "been there, done that" so a day in Bratislava was on the books.

While Bratislava was certainly clean, safe, and charming, there wasn't a whole lot to see there.  It actually worked out great for our travel plans, because we really just wanted a laid back day to stretch our legs before we drove some more.

Our very favorite thing to do was posing with the street art.  The kiddos had a great time hamming it up!
