A couple of weeks ago we had a big Family Home Evening at our house since Nathan (my sister's husband) was in town with Ethan (their little boy). Ever the organizer, Caitlin did the lesson and game, and even made a cake and posters for Ethan's birthday, which we celebrated early since we'll all miss the real thing. We were also sort of celebrating my parent's 30th wedding anniversary - although none of us really remembered it, EXCEPT for Nicole who sent a gift for them. They opened a pink picture frame with a sonogram picture in it: Nathan and Nicole are having a girl - due December 20th! We were all so excited and surprised (although some of us suspected what was going on).
That makes 3 new grandbabies for my parents in 2008: Carver - born in January, Chris/Emily's little girl Mavery - due in November, and Nikki/Nate's little girl(who I am voting to be named Shelby)- due in December...not too bad considering only 4 of us are married. Plus, my sister-in-law Afton (on the Anderson side) will be having her first baby in February. I guess it's a good time for babies...Congratulations everyone!

Thank you, thank you for welcoming the boys, they had a great time! I wish I could have been there. Carver is getting so big, what a cutie! I miss yall!
