Spring Fever

It seems like Spring has had a rough start in Texas this year (I blame the groundhog). A few weeks ago we took advantage of the nice sunny weather by heading out to the Botanic Gardens in Fort Worth. Apparently, everyone else had the same idea we did because it was super crowded (it was spring break afterall). We still had a good picnic a nice walk around the gardens.

Then cousin Kelan came for a visit, and he brought the cold Omaha weather with him. More SNOW in March, can you believe it? Luckily there was plenty to do inside (excuse the blurry pictures)...

By his last day here, the sun came out and we could play outside again (that's Texas weather for ya)...

We are lucky to have nice weather and good family near and far!
